We're proud to announce the introduction of our new digital charity box initiative, Pennies, at Prime Burger St. Pancras International and Euston Station. Pennies is a digital charity box all about giving your small change a big purpose, and making a meaningful difference.
You can help us to help a young person achieve their potential by donating an optional 25p to your order total – this may only a few pence, but every penny makes a huge difference. All you need to do is press YES when paying for your order to donate 25p – every penny you give goes to charity*
The Springboard Charity helps young people achieve their potential and nurtures unemployed people of any age into work. It helps alleviate poverty by supporting disadvantaged and underprivileged people into sustainable employment within hospitality, leisure and tourism.
Springboard’s work encourages, motivates, builds confidence, develops the skills required and mentors our beneficiaries to succeed in a career within hospitality, leisure and tourism. By making a contribution to the vital work of this Charity, you will directly help young people, safeguard their future employment and give back to an industry that provides enjoyment to so many.
We equip people with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to achieve their potential.
We believe the industry is an amazing place to be, a great place to work and provides exceptional and wide-ranging careers and jobs for almost anyone.
£20 - This cost will pay for a week’s travel pass, enabling a beneficiary to undertake a week’s work placement in the local area as their first step into the hospitality industry.
£50 - This amount will pay for a pair of chef’s whites and black boots, allowing a beneficiary to begin their employment as a chef with the correct clothing as they embark on the first step of their career in hospitality.
£1,500 – This amount could put somebody through one of Springboard’s life-changing long-term employability programmes, helping them towards a sustainable and meaningful career in hospitality. This cost also includes high level one-to-one bespoke support from skilled Springboard coaches.
